Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use photos you have permission to process

You must be at least 18. Use a photo of yourself or another consenting adult only when you hold the rights required for upload and AI processing.

• Every person shown must be an adult and must have agreed to this AI processing. Finding a photo online or being able to download it does not establish permission.
• Use one authorized photo showing a single adult to replace the lead rapper in the fixed freestyle scene.
• Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or other public figures. Guardian permission does not allow photos of minors, and consent does not create an exception for public figures.

2. Content and uses that are not allowed

Do not upload, generate or use content for any of the following purposes:

• Sexual / NSFW content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit imagery, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence / gore: Violent or graphic content, including gore, torture, animal cruelty, or content promoting violence, terrorism or serious harm.
• Hate speech / discrimination: Content promoting hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Any child sexual abuse material, sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions. Photos of minors are prohibited on Bulin 47 AI.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation of real people, fabricated endorsements, fraud, or misleading claims about what someone said or did.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or uses photos, likenesses, music, logos or other protected material without the necessary rights or permission.
• Harassment, threats, targeted humiliation or other abuse of a person.
• Other unlawful content or activity, including attempts to use the service to facilitate harm or evade applicable restrictions.

3. Share generated videos responsibly

A generated scene is not evidence that a real person performed the actions shown. Do not present an AI-generated video as an authentic recording in a way that misleads viewers or harms the person depicted. Make its AI-generated nature clear where needed to avoid misleading people.

Check the rights and platform rules that apply to downloading, publishing or commercial use. Buying credits does not grant third-party image, likeness or music rights. Audio is included, but the original recording is not guaranteed.

If you add music from TikTok or another platform, use a track available to your own account and check the permitted use. Review the video, sound and framing before publishing.

4. Respect account and service safeguards

Do not attempt to access another user’s account, photos, videos or payment information. Do not bypass authentication, safety checks, access controls or payment requirements.

Do not submit fraudulent payment claims, tamper with service records, exploit errors to obtain unauthorized credits, or deliberately disrupt the service. If you discover a security problem, report it without exposing another person’s information.

5. Safety checks and review

Video generation requests use KIE’s NSFW safety check. The provider may reject requests under its safety rules. These provider checks have limitations and do not guarantee that every prohibited category will be detected in uploaded photos or generated videos.

To request a manual review of a rejected request, report content, or appeal an enforcement decision, contact our support email with the task ID or a description that helps identify the content, the reason for your request, and a reply email. We review the available information against this policy and may ask for the minimum additional information needed to identify the content or verify your rights. We communicate the review outcome and any applicable action by email. If you disagree, reply with your explanation or additional information to request a further review. Do not repeatedly resubmit prohibited content or try to bypass a safety decision.

Questions about credit charges and cash refunds follow the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. A report or review request does not by itself issue a cash refund.

6. Enforcement actions and appeals

Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, we may issue a warning, refuse generation requests, remove or disable access to violating content, or temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions without a prior warning.

Credit settlement and refund requests remain subject to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and applicable law. You may request a review of an enforcement decision by contacting support@aibulin47.pro with the relevant account or task details and your explanation.

7. Report misuse or request removal

Contact support if you believe your photo has been used without permission, content involves a minor, or a video otherwise violates this policy. You do not need an account or a public link to report a concern. We do not provide a public gallery of user photos or videos.

• Include a task ID or link if available, or a description that helps us identify the content.
• Explain the concern and your connection to it, such as being the person depicted or the rights holder.
• Provide a reply email and only the information needed to assess the concern. Redact unrelated personal or payment details from screenshots.

8. Follow-up and related policies

We may ask for more information to locate the content or verify a request. Reporting does not guarantee immediate removal or a particular outcome. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers or card security codes.
