Privacy Policy
Bulin 47 AI Video Generator is a single-photo AI video generation service operated by Bulin 47 AI Video Generator at https://aibulin47.pro. This policy explains how we handle Google sign-in and other account information, photos you choose to upload, generated videos, and information related to payments and support requests. Google Sign-In is used for authentication and account access; it does not generate your videos. For privacy questions and data requests, contact support@aibulin47.pro.

1. Information we handle
The information involved depends on the features you use:
- Account and sign-in information: your email, name, profile image if provided, authentication records and sessions. A connected sign-in provider may supply profile information when you choose that method.
- Generation information: the photo you confirm for upload, file information and embedded metadata, selected settings, consent confirmation, task status, generated videos and covers.
- Payment and credit records: order references, the selected pack, amount, currency, payment status, payment-provider references and credit reservations or charges. Payment details are entered with the checkout provider; we do not store your full card number or card security code.
- Support information: messages and any order references, task IDs, screenshots or other details you choose to send.
- Technical and security information: IP addresses, browser or device information, request records and error information used for authentication, security and troubleshooting.
2. Google Sign-In and Google user data
What we receive. When you choose Google Sign-In and authorize access, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, and the name and profile image URL supplied by Google. During authentication, we also receive and store authentication information returned by Google, including ID tokens, access tokens, refresh tokens when provided, granted scopes, and associated expiry information. Google Sign-In does not give us your Google password. We do not request permission to read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Photos library, contacts, or calendar.
How we use it. We use this information to verify your identity, create or link your Bulin 47 AI account, maintain sign-in and account security, and give you access to your own generation tasks, videos, credits, and order records. If you already have an account with the same verified email address, your Google sign-in may be linked to that account. We also use relevant account information when necessary to handle account support requests or investigate security issues.
Who processes it. Google handles sign-in authorization and authentication. Cloudflare provides our hosting, database, and related infrastructure and processes account and authentication information stored in those systems. When transactional email is enabled and a relevant message needs to be sent, Resend processes the recipient email address and message content. We provide service providers with information only to the extent needed for the relevant service. Authorized personnel may access necessary information to handle your support requests, investigate security issues, or meet legal obligations. Other necessary disclosures follow the explanations under “Why we use this information” and “Service providers and third-party processing.”
How this differs from AI video processing. Account information and authentication tokens obtained through Google Sign-In are not sent to KIE as video generation inputs. Signing in does not automatically import photos from Google Photos or use your Google profile image as a generation photo. Video processing uses the photos you select and confirm for upload on our website, together with the settings and information needed to complete that task. We do not sell Google sign-in data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models.
Storage and protection. We store account information, the Google account connection, and authentication records in our account database to support the functions described in this section. We use HTTPS to protect network transmission and server-side authentication and access controls to restrict access to account data. Authentication tokens have their own validity periods; token expiry does not mean that the corresponding database record is immediately deleted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Deletion and revoking access. While your account exists, we retain the information needed to provide sign-in and account functions. Successful deletion of your Bulin 47 AI Video Generator account removes account information, associated Google authentication records, and sign-in sessions. Necessary support, security, and financial records are handled as described under “Retention and deletion.” Active tasks, unresolved payments, or reserved credits may temporarily prevent account deletion. You can use the deletion control on your account page or contact support@aibulin47.pro for assistance.
You can also remove the connection to Bulin 47 AI through your Google Account’s third-party connections page. Removing that connection and deleting your Bulin 47 AI account are separate actions: removing the connection does not automatically delete data already stored by us and should not be treated as ending all existing Bulin 47 AI sessions. To stop using the service and request deletion, sign out of Bulin 47 AI and use the deletion options above. Signing in with Google again may require renewed authorization.
3. When your photos leave your device
Selecting photos does not upload them. Draft photos and settings can be stored in your browser on your device, including while you sign in. They are uploaded only after you confirm generation.
After confirmation, your photos are stored privately and passed to the AI generation provider as needed to process the task. We do not publish your uploaded photos or generated videos in a public gallery.
Original image files can contain metadata, including details added by the device that took the photo. Do not assume this information is removed before upload. Remove metadata you do not want to share before selecting the file.
4. Why we use this information
We use the relevant information to create and secure accounts, generate and deliver videos, show task history, process purchases, maintain accurate credit and payment records, respond to support requests, investigate errors or misuse, and handle deletion requests.
We may also retain or disclose information where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the service and its users. A photo-processing permission does not authorize you to upload another person’s photo without their consent.
5. Service providers and third-party processing
We use service providers for the functions below. A sign-in, payment or email provider is involved only when that service is enabled and relevant to your use.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, private file storage, database and related infrastructure.
- Bulin 47 AI generates videos using Wan 3.0 Video, accessed through KIE’s API service. KIE processes the photos and generation information needed to complete your video request.
- Stripe or Waffo handles the checkout you use and provides payment-status information needed to reconcile your order.
- Google or GitHub handles authentication if you choose an available connected sign-in method.
- Resend handles transactional email delivery when email sending is enabled.
- With your permission and when enabled, Google Analytics measures public-page visits and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay with page content masked. See “Cookies and storage on your device” below for your choices and withdrawal controls.
6. Provider retention and processing locations
Service providers may process information outside your country or region. Their own retention and processing practices can differ from ours. Deleting a file from Bulin 47 AI does not establish that every provider copy or log has been deleted at the same time.
The statements in this paragraph about third-party media processing and model training apply to photos and related generation materials you choose to submit for video creation, not to account information or authentication tokens obtained through Google Sign-In. We do not send Google sign-in data to AI providers as video generation inputs or use it to train AI or machine learning models. For generation materials you submit, we do not make a blanket guarantee that every third-party provider excludes model-training use. If your materials require that guarantee, contact us to clarify the applicable processing practices before uploading, and do not upload until you have that confirmation.
7. Cookies and storage on your device
Authentication uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. Browser storage is also used to keep your photo draft and generation settings, and to remember a checkout reference so an uncertain payment can be checked without starting another purchase.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures public-page visits and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay with page content masked. These optional tools may use analytics cookies and process browser, device and interaction information. Neither script loads before you allow it. We do not intentionally send your photos, videos, account identifiers or payment details to these tools. Our integration excludes private, sign-in, payment, unknown, and query- or fragment-bearing pages, disables Google signals and advertising personalization, and denies Clarity advertising storage. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal stops the integrations, clears accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page. Your preference is stored in this browser.
You can clear cookies and site data using your browser settings. This can sign you out and remove local drafts or checkout references. Clearing browser data does not delete files already uploaded to the service, cancel a task or refund a payment.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information according to the purpose it serves, the state of the relevant task or order, deletion requests and applicable legal requirements. Different types of information have different lifecycles:
- Drafts on your device remain subject to the app’s draft controls and your browser’s site-data controls.
- Uploaded working files are temporary processing materials. Their removal depends on the task reaching a confirmed final state and the cleanup process completing. We do not promise that every uploaded photo is deleted within seven days.
- Completed videos and covers have no automatic expiry date. You can delete them or your account; file removal runs through a deletion queue and may require retries.
- Account deletion removes account information and queues associated media for removal. Active tasks or unresolved orders can prevent deletion until they are resolved.
- Necessary order, payment and credit audit records are retained with the deleted account’s direct identity association removed, for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Account deletion does not erase every financial record.
- Support and security records are retained as needed to handle the issue, maintain security, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. Provider-side records follow the relevant provider’s practices.
9. Your choices and data requests
You can manage available account information and delete videos using the controls in your account. You may also email us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of information associated with your account.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
Tell us the account email and what information or action your request concerns. We may need to verify that you are entitled to the information before acting. We will explain any limitation that prevents us from completing a request. Do not send your password, verification codes or complete payment credentials.
10. Security and adult-only use
We use private media storage and access controls to protect account content. No online storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your photos.
Bulin 47 AI is for users aged 18 and over. Photos of minors are not permitted, even with guardian permission. If you believe a minor’s information has been submitted, contact us with enough detail to locate the content.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or its data practices. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us if you have questions about a change or how it affects your information.
