1. What the service provides

Bulin 47 AI turns one adult photo into a 15-second performance video with audio. The photo replaces only the lead rapper in a fixed reference; the instructions preserve the other people and scene. Choose the resolution and aspect ratio before confirming generation.

Bulin 47 AI generates videos using Wan 3.0 Video, accessed through KIE’s API service. KIE processes the photos and generation information needed to complete your video request.

AI results can vary in appearance, movement, timing and sound. Examples and scene descriptions are illustrations, not a guarantee of an identical result, exact likeness or a particular completion time.

2. Age, photo permissions and acceptable use

You must be at least 18. Upload only an adult photo you have the rights to use and process. Every person shown must be an adult who has agreed to this AI processing.

• Do not upload minors, celebrities or other public figures. Guardian permission does not create an exception for minors.
• Do not submit sexual / NSFW content, violence / gore, hate speech / discrimination, child-unsafe content / CSAM, deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes / impersonation, or copyright / trademark infringement. Harassment, threats, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery and other unlawful content or activity are also prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these restrictions.

3. Your account

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Available sign-in methods are shown on the sign-in page.

You are responsible for the photos and requests you submit and for how you use or share the resulting videos. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, safety checks or payment requirements.

Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, we may issue a warning, refuse generation requests, remove or disable access to violating content, or temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions without a prior warning.

Credit settlement and refund requests remain subject to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and applicable law. You may request a review of an enforcement decision by contacting support@aibulin47.pro with the relevant account or task details and your explanation.

4. Your materials and generated videos

Uploading a photo does not transfer your existing rights in it to us. You give us permission to store and process the materials you submit, and to involve the service providers needed to generate, deliver and support your requested video, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchasing credits or receiving a video does not grant rights to someone else’s image, likeness, music, trademark or other material. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable or cleared for every commercial use. You must check the rights required for your intended use.

The MP4 includes audio, but a particular song or original recording is not guaranteed. Check music rights and permitted uses before publishing, and preview the sound and framing.

5. One-time credit purchases

Bulin 47 AI sells one-time credit packs. There is no subscription or automatic renewal, and no free generation allowance or free first preview. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open; deleting your account removes unused credits.

The Pricing page and checkout show the available packs, USD prices and credit quantities. The generation screen shows the credit cost for your selected resolution before you confirm. Review these details before purchasing or generating.

Payments are processed through the payment method available at checkout. A delayed or uncertain payment status must be checked against the existing order; do not create another payment simply because the first status has not updated.

6. Credit reservation, delivery and failures

We reserve the required credits when generation starts. Credits are charged only after the final MP4 has been saved to our private storage and its delivery verified. A confirmed technical failure releases the reserved credits.

An unknown submission or delivery status is not a confirmed failure. The existing task must be checked before its credits are settled or released. Avoid submitting the same request again while it is being checked; contact support with the task ID if you need help.

A video that has been delivered but does not meet your creative expectations requires an individual review. Different AI results do not by themselves trigger an automatic cash refund or a free remake.

7. Refund requests

Credit releases and cash refunds are different. Requests about credit-pack purchases, delivered video quality, duplicate charges or other payment problems are reviewed individually using the relevant order and task records.

We do not offer a blanket automatic cash refund or a seven-day free remake. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law requires.

8. Deleting videos or your account

You can request deletion through the available video and account controls. Deletion may need to wait for active tasks or unresolved orders to finish. File removal is processed through a deletion queue, so it is not necessarily immediate.

Account deletion removes unused credits and does not itself request or issue a refund. If you have an unresolved payment or refund request, contact us before deleting your account. Necessary financial records are retained with the deleted account’s direct identity association removed, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability and changes

Generation, storage, sign-in and payment services can be interrupted or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a fixed generation time. If a problem affects your order or task, contact us so we can check its status and the appropriate remedy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
