How do credits work?
Bulin 47 runs on credits, not subscriptions. A 15-second 720p video costs 480 credits; 480p costs 240 and 1080p costs 960. Credits land in your balance after payment is verified. Starting a generation reserves credits; they are charged only after the final MP4 is delivered. Nothing else on the site costs credits. Packs come in $9.9 (480 credits), $19.9 (1,920) and $28.9 (2,880), which works out to $9.90, $4.98 and $4.82 per 720p video.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Whatever you don't use stays in your account until you need it — including for the next trend video you want to try. If you buy a bigger pack to make several takes, the leftovers keep their full value. Deleting your account also deletes its unused credit balance.
What happens if a generation fails?
Confirmed technical failures cost you no credits: the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. If the provider task is still in an unknown state, the credits remain reserved while we verify it; do not submit the same task again. If a delivered video does not look as expected, contact support@aibulin47.pro for an individual review. A free retry or cash refund is not automatic.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. There's no subscription, no auto-renewal and no recurring charge — you buy credits when you want to make a video, and that's the whole transaction.
Can I get a refund?
Credit-pack refunds and concerns about a delivered result are reviewed individually. Contact support@aibulin47.pro with your order or task details. Starting a generation only reserves credits; they are charged after the final MP4 is delivered. Confirmed technical failures return reserved credits automatically, while unknown tasks must be verified first. Returning credits is separate from a cash refund; a free retry or refund is not guaranteed.
